This Privacy Policy describes how the Governor's Faith-Based and Community Initiative ("GFBCI," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information you provide through Mentortn.org (the "Site") in connection with the Volunteer Mentorship Initiative (the "Program").

1. Who We Are

The Governor's Faith-Based and Community Initiative is a nonprofit organization that mobilizes faith communities, nonprofit organizations, and community partners to serve Tennesseans. The Volunteer Mentorship Initiative connects caring Tennesseans with incarcerated and returning individuals through one-to-one mentorship.

Mentortn.org is the official website for the Volunteer Mentorship Initiative.


2. Information We Collect

We collect only the information you choose to provide to us. When you complete a form on this Site, we may collect:

  • Contact information, such as your name and email address.
  • Interest information, such as your indicated interest in volunteering, mentoring, receiving updates, or otherwise participating in the Program.
